Function Room
Our function room can hold up to 150 people for a cocktail type function and up to 120 people for formal functions such as weddings.
A room hire charge of $275.00 including GST for your sole use of the room includes, room set up to your requirements, tablecloths, napkins, full bar facilities and cleaning.
Additional Charges:
An Additional Charge of $100.00 will also be required as a bond payment for all functions.
This is refundable after inspection of the room on completion of your function. Security Guards may also be required for some functions. Cost will depend on quote and the club will pay half of total cost.
For all 21st Birthday Parties please note that a bond of $300.00 will be payable prior to the start of the function and is refundable on the next business day. Security must be paid for prior to the function. 2 guards usually required for a minimum of 4 hours depending on quote.
Decorations:
The Club does not provide decorations but you are more than welcome to provide your own. Please note that the Woy Woy Bowling Club does not allow open flame candles as part of room decorations but if candles are required they must be enclosed in a glass casing.
Securing your date:
A deposit of $100.00 will be required upon confirmation of your function, in order that we may hold the date for you. This payment is not refundable 7 days after receipt of payment.
Live Entertainment
Any live entertainment (ie, bands) will need to produce a copy of their Public Liability Insurance before the start of your function.
