HOUSE POLICY – RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

Woy Woy Bowling Club has a policy of serving patrons in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. Our staff are on hand to assist patrons in their decision to drink in moderation and where appropriate, avoid the dilemmas of combining drinking and driving.

Staff will not service any person under the age of 18 years nor any patron to the point of intoxication. No intoxicated person will be permitted entry to the club premises.

Our policy supports our staff:

• Not to serve alcohol to intoxicated persons

• Not to service alcohol to persons who behave in a disorderly manner.

• To regularly update Legislative requirements and Laws

Patrons are encouraged to:

• Enquire about our range of low and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Make use of our safe transport program – ie courtesy bus.

• Make use of the food outlets of the club.

We would like all customers to enjoy themselves on their visit to Woy Woy Bowling Club. We do not allow people to drink to excess and place themselves, our other patrons and the community at risk.

DRESS REGULATIONS

To maintain a high standard of attire/grooming in our Club we do request the following dress rules be observed. Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy at all times. Management decisions shall be final in all matters relating to dress and behaviour.

OBSCENE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
